We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are not happy with the clean:
🔸 Cancellations
48 hours notice or more: No charge.
Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the agreed service fee may be charged.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: Full service fee may apply.
