    🔸 Satisfaction Guarantee

    We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are not happy with the clean:

    • Contact us within 24 hours of service.

    • We will arrange a free re-clean of any missed areas as soon as possible.

    🔸 Cancellations

    • 48 hours notice or more: No charge.

    • Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the agreed service fee may be charged.

    • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: Full service fee may apply.
